Handbags are special technical tasks that require high accuracy. Handbag manufacturers should pay attention to the following things when measuring the length according to their raw materials and structural characteristics:
1. The object to be measured must be placed flat on the table and measure the length in its natural state. The physical material is absolutely not allowed to be tensioned, because many of the raw materials of handbags are elastic. Otherwise, the length measured is longer than the actual object.
2. To measure the distance between two parallel lines, the steel ruler must be perpendicular to the two parallel lines, so that the starting end of the steel ruler can be fixed on a parallel line, and the other end moves on the other parallel line. The shortest scale obtained is the distance between the two parallel lines, because the vertical line segment is the shortest.
3. The starting point of the ruler should coincide with the line position. If the line position is not visible on the bone bag, the starting point starts from the center of the bone, and the end point to the opposite line position or bone center shall prevail. (The length of the paper mouth is separately counted)
4. When using a soft tape measure to measure folded or bent objects, the soft tape must be completely coincide with the object to be measured, otherwise it will be longer.
5. When reading the length of the object to be measured, the line of sight must be perpendicular to the scale on the ruler. If the line of sight is left or right, it will read out a length that is longer or shorter than the real object, causing artificial errors.
